Who is responsible for your data

Redcar Patios is a trading name of 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. For data protection purposes the company acts as controller of the personal data this website receives. Write to info@redcarpatios.co.uk with anything this page does not answer.

How the enquiry form works

HighLevel (LeadConnector) provides and hosts the quote form, which appears on our pages from api.leadconnectorhq.com. It processes enquiries only on our instructions. HighLevel is an American company, so data may leave the UK; any such transfer relies on the protections in its data processing terms.

Checking you are not a bot

The form runs Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it. It also fetches supporting files, such as fonts, from its provider's servers. No Facebook or advertising pixel is set up on it.

Cookies set by the form

Technical details such as your IP address and the browser you use are sent to the form provider when the form appears. It relies on one cookie, __cf_bm, which guards against bots, plus local storage items whose names start v2_ or v3_ (visit history and a browser identifier) and form_progress_ (your progress). Our cookies page explains each one and how to remove them.

How this site is hosted

Our pages are hosted on Cloudflare's network. To deliver them and defend against attacks, Cloudflare processes connection details such as your IP address. We have not installed analytics, and nothing on the site tracks you for advertising.

Information you give us

When you fill in the quote form we receive what you type into it: normally your name, phone number, email address and postcode, plus anything you tell us about the patio job. We use it to answer your enquiry. If you ring 01642 130137, anything you tell us on the call is treated the same way. There are no accounts or logins on this site.

Where your enquiry goes

Enquiries submitted through the quote form are passed to an independent local patio installer so they can contact you, survey the job and quote. The installer is responsible for the job itself and for any contract you agree with them. Your information is not sold or rented.

Lawful basis for processing

The basis for using your data is your own request for a quote (pre-contractual steps) and, alongside it, our legitimate interest in following up enquiries. Your agreement to be contacted (the tick box on the form) can be withdrawn at any point.

How long we keep it

We hold enquiries for up to two years from the last time we heard from you. After that they are erased. An installer you hire will hold its own records, covered by its own privacy notice.

Complaints

You have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), if you think we have mishandled your information.

Access, correction and deletion

Your rights include getting a copy of your personal data, having errors put right, asking for erasure and objecting to or restricting processing. All of these can be requested at info@redcarpatios.co.uk, and we always answer within one month.

Keeping this page up to date

If our practices change we will revise this notice and change the date shown at the start of the page.
